On-Site Services

Transformers Repair and Service

We inspect your transformer and analyze what is wrong with your transformer and repair those issues whether it be Earthing problem, coil winding problem, etc. This is performed at on-site also.

Testing and Commissioning

We perform the complete Testing and commissioning process right from Erection, Performing all types of Transformer Testing (including TANDELTA.SFRA) giving clearance for charging the Transformer and do the commissioning. We take utmost care and precautions duly following all standard instructions when it comes to satisfying your needs.

Transformers Installation and Maintenance

From bringing the transformer to Site, performing erection and connecting them properly, we also do maintenance checks to confirm that the transformer works perfectly. We also do yearly maintenance check in line with standard Maintenance protocols and give a report about the performance and quality of the transformer to the customer.

Spare Parts Supply and Replacement Work

We supply all sorts of accessories required for the transformers like MOG, OSR, and Breather and so on. We also perform replacement for damaged spare parts on-site.

Gasket Replacements and Overhauling Work

We change the complete gaskets and submit a detailed report on the status of the quality of accessories such as Bucholtz relay, Oil Surge Relay, MOG, Breather, checking Winding and Oil Thermometers and the capacity check, just like an installation process. We also perform Oil circulation works if required.

Oil Filtration, Circulation and Reconditioning

When the IR Value of the transformer is very low, then this Service comes in handy. We perform Oil Filtration and Circulation to increase the IR Value of the transformer. When the Oil IR Value turns very low, then Reconditioning of Oil is done.We have 10KL filtration machine, high quality Vacuum Pot, Dry air units and 30KL Oil storage tank to successfully execute the process.

Online leak arresting with Epoxy application

If a gasket cannot be replaced, or due to a continuous process, the transformer cannot be shut down, then this online leak arrest comes in handy. This is a special service which we provide for you at a critical situation where your work load doesn't allow you to stop your process.

Annual Maintenance

We Perform Annual Maintenance by performing Physical Inspection of Transformer, Oil test, Transformer Routine test etc, Quarterly Monitoring and submit a report on the same.The Health of the Transformer and Capacity Utilization is ensured.

OLTC Spare Parts Supply and Replacement

We are specialized in OLTC Products . OLTC servicing includes cleaning of contacts, Oil Sludge removal, adjustments of springs, checking of motor drive operation. We provide all the critical spares and can also do replacement work for OFF load and ON load Tap changers. We have an engineer in our team who is a former employee of Easun MR Tap Changers Ltd. Hence, giving you a promising satisfaction for the best OLTC service you could have.

Transformers Movement Activities

Whenever you order a transformer from a Manufacturing Factory, Just entrust the job of transportation to us. We load your transformer from the factory and unload it in your site. Not only that, we also take care of erection, testing and commissioning and every other process to handover a complete transformer that is ready to be charged to you. We also submit a complete report of all activities and Test results to you. We perform this to all Transformers up to 400KV Rating.
